1) Click on “Download Dialer” icon, and download the application onto your desktop.

2) Double-click on “VIPDialer” icon on your desktop.

3) Type in your VIP PowerNet Username and Password in their appropriate boxes, and click on “Add Location”

4) Type the name of the Locations, "Home" for example. Then hit the "OK" button

5) Select your area code from the drop down list. Select your local phone number from the list, and click on “Add” icon.  Do not change the Dialing Options unless dialing a long distance number, disabling call waiting, or if you have to dial a number to access an outside line.  Click on “Next”.

6) Select the proper dialing options that apply in your case such as "Dial Area Code” or "Disable Call Waiting." Click on “Next”.

8) Click on "Yes" if you wish to apply these options to all the number, "No" if you only wish to apply it to the first number.

9) Click on “Finsih.”

10) Click on “Sing On” to connect to the internet.

11) To connect the next time, simply click on the "VIPDialer" form the desktop and hit "Sign On."
