Download Browser: This is a program that will help you download our software without interruption in your internet activity.  This will prompt you to download a program called  VIPPowerNet_Setup.exe. This program will help you download our complete program.

Full browser download - This downloads the full browser.  This download size can vary between 6 and 65 MB.

Minimum system requirements for VIP PowerNet Browser:
1. Pentium 133 MHz or higher
2. Windows 98
3. 32 MB RAM or more
4. 40 MB of free disk space
5. 28.8 Modem
6. SVGA monitor at 800x600 pixels
7. Resolution High Color [16 bit]

Download Dialer: This is our dialer program that will allow you to access the internet if you do not wish to use the browser.  With this progam you will use Internet Explorer or another browser to surf the internet.  The dialer is a two minute download totaling 350Kb.
 

Download VIP Account:  If members do not want to use VIP PowerNet browser to connect to the Internet, then they can setup a Dial-Up Networking to connect to the Internet. Members can register online, and download a small application called "VIPAccount" which will automatically configure your Dial-Up Networking (to connect to the Internet) and Outlook Express (Email) settings.
