We
know that switching from one ISP (Internet Service Provider) to another can be
inconvenient at times. VIP PowerNet is committed to helping you make this move
as easily as possible. We recommend the following three-step process: - Sign
up for VIP PowerNet account. You should do this before you cancel your current
ISP.

Notify your friends of your change to VIP PowerNet, and let them know about your
new VIP PowerNet e-mail address.

Cancel service with your current ISP. We have listed cancellation instructions
below for many of the most common ISP's that people use.
AT&T
WorldNet Service You
may cancel your AT&T WorldNet Service using any one of the following methods.
Upon AT&T's receipt of your cancellation notice, they will cancel the service.
No refunds will be provided for partial service months. -

and follow the instructions.

If you choose to write or fax
them, then write a letter saying that you would like to cancel your Internet account,
and you no longer need to use their service. Don't forget to include your Account
Number, Username, Password, Billing Address, Phone number, Last five digits of
your credit card and other information that will help them serve you faster. Please
sign the letter, and then mail it.

To cancel by phone you can call their automated Interactive Response System by
calling 1-800-400-1447 and follow the prompts.
Everyones
Internet (EV1.net) You
may cancel your EV1.net Internet Service using any one of the following methods. - To
cancel by mail, send a letter to:

Write a letter saying that you would like
to cancel your Internet account, and you no longer need to use their service.
Don't forget to include your Account Number, Username, Billing Address, Phone
number, First and last four digits of your credit card and other information that
will help them serve you faster. Please sign the letter, and then mail it.

713-341-7873 or 1-800-504-7873 and follow the prompts.
America
Online (AOL) You
may cancel your AOL account using any one of the following methods. Your cancellation
request will be effective within 72 hours of receipt. AOL will send you written
confirmation. You will not be liable for any additional membership fees after
cancellation (although you will be responsible for any other charges you may incur
should you access the account prior to account deactivation.) If you cancel near
the end of your billing period, you may be inadvertently charged for the next
month's fee. In that event, contact AOL Billing at 1-888-265-8003 to have the
charges reversed. No other refunds will be provided, and AOL reserves the right
to collect fees, surcharges or costs incurred before your cancellation takes effect.
There are three ways you can cancel your AOL account: -
To cancel by phone, just call their Member Services Representatives at 1-800-827-6364
or 1-888-265-8008.

Be sure to include
with your cancellation request, your full name, address, phone number, and America
Online master screen name (the primary user name on your account). If you choose

provide ONE of the following:

the primary Billing Contact's AOL screen name or

the last four digits of the current payment method used for this account (for
your security, only the last four digits please) or

the answer to your Privacy Question (if you have already established a Privacy
Question and Answer).
Earthlink You
may terminate your Earthlink account at any time and for any reason by providing

PDQ.net
You may cancel
your PDQ.net account by calling their Customer Service at 281-404-4335, or 1-800
-232-4335.
WT.net You
may cancel your WT.net account using any one of the following methods: -
Call them at 713-965-0485, and they will issue you a cancellation tracking number
for your confirmation.

give them your username, password, and the personal information you gave them
when you originally signed up the account. Also tell them if you want the account
terminated immediately, at end of your billing period, or at a specific date.
Please check back with them in a few days to make sure your account has been cancelled.
