The VIP PowerNet Toolbar

We've added the VIP PowerNet toolbar to help you navigate to useful sections of the VIP PowerNet's web site. This can be found on the top of the VIP PowerNet Browser. The Toolbar is an easy way to explore the services available to VIP PowerNet members.

The VIP PowerNet Toolbar contains icons that act like shortcuts to VIP PowerNet channels, (such as Sports and Travel) and also various services, such as Banking, Shopping and Phone. You can go to different parts of the VIP PowerNet Web site by clicking on any of these icons.(image)

2. Address your message and if necessary, change the text in the Subject box.

History and Temporary Internet Files Settings

With the help of these new features, you can not only protect your privacy while surfing the Web, but also save the disk space by clearing out the history and temporary Internet files from your computer. These features are:

o Clearing Web browser history
o Deleting Temporary Internet files

Clearing Web browsing history
The VIP PowerNet browser keeps a log, called a history, of each Web page you visit. By default, this history is saved when you exit VIP PowerNet. It is recommended that you periodically clear your Web browsing history to free up space on your computer.
To clear your Web browsing history:
1. Click on the History option at the bottom of the browser (status bar)
2. Select either "Remove all history pages now" or "Clear all history pages when you close the browser".
3. Click OK.
Tip: To clear your Web browsing history every time you exit VIP PowerNet, select the "Clear all history pages when you close the browser" check box.

Deleting Temporary Internet files

VIP PowerNet stores temporary files on your computer's hard drive as you browse the Web, such as Web pages, cookies, images, and sounds. By default, these files are saved after you exit VIP PowerNet, so that the next time you revisit a Web page, these files are used again to speed the loading time. To free up space on your computer, it is recommended that you periodically delete these temporary Internet files.
To delete temporary Internet files:
1. Click on the History option at the bottom of the browser (status bar)
2. Select either "Remove all temporary Internet files now" or "Clear all temporary files when you close the browser".
3. Click OK.
Tip: To delete temporary Internet files every time you exit VIP PowerNet, select the Clear all temporary files when you close the browser check box.
